2 cans chickpeas
1 lg. clove garlic
4-6 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. olive oil
3 T. Tahini
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 to 1t. salt
Methods/steps
Drain beans and puree with garlic in a food processor or blender. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, cumin, salt and yogurt.
